Friends lie because they need to, for what ever reason, for example to
make you feel better like "its all going to be ok" or "you look nice
today" we do it everyday. . .some do it to protect you like "no, i
didn't see him on saturday" or whatever, most lies are made to keep
people happy. . .

I am aware that everybody lie and that sometimes the intention isn't to do harm, and I guess that in most case, people do it because they think it's better to lie and say what will made other people happy. But in the end, does that really do any good to the person when they discover that you lied? Oh and by the way, thank you for replying to my thread Why do people lie??? Ciao!! ^.^
